Housing Block Update
Upon completing your meeting registration, including payment, a housing registration link will be provided on your registration confirmation and also through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You must book with this link to be eligible for the discounted group rate. The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is March 29, 2023. Do not delay in reserving your room as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline.
Rates listed below are for single and double occupancy. There is an additional charge per room night for triple and quadruple occupancy. The Society cannot guarantee that your preferred room type will be available at the time of reservation. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes.
