    The meeting registration fee includes tuition for the general session; electronic handouts and presentations; on-demand access to videos of the general session presentations; general session breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks; and admittance to the opening reception, exhibit hall, poster session and reception, as well as the president's reception. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ will be earned by attending the meeting.

    As a medical trainee student, you may complete our online meeting registration form to receive the student rate. Verification letter / documentation is required to be uploaded at the time of registration. Please note that without this verification / documentation, you will not be eligible to receive the student rate. Nonmember residents/fellows are not considered medical trainee students.

    The Fellows Course 2023 is a special supplemental session designed to address the unique needs of current and prospective breast fellows. Participation in the complimentary program is reserved for fellows participating in a year-long multidisciplinary breast surgery fellowship program and residents entering or interested in a breast fellowship. Registration for the general session is required to attend this course.

    Note: All non-member fellows or residents must provide a letter from their program director verifying their status to register for the Fellows Course 2023 and must email registration@breastsurgeons.org to register and attach documentation.

    The certification written examinations have moved to a more convenient online format with on-demand access any day and time convenient for the certification candidate. Information regarding the certification process, exam registration, and preparation is found under the website's Clinical Resources tab: About Certification and Accreditation

    Yes, you may attend our meeting at the non-member rate. However, you can receive a discounted rate by becoming a member. Please visit our "Becoming a Member" page for more information.

    If you are unable to make your payment through our PayPal payment service, please contact the Society at registration@breastsurgeons.org for further assistance.

    Yes, you may register on site, but please be aware that all registration fees increase onsite. Space in our pre-meeting courses will be subject to availability.

    No, the ASBrS does not offer one-day-only registration. You must register for the entire meeting.

    No, the ASBrS does not have a separate registration for the exhibit hall only. You must register for the entire meeting.

    You may send a colleague in your place, but you must request a meeting registration transfer in writing by emailing registration@breastsurgeons.org.

    At the time of online payment, receipts are emailed directly from PayPal, our payment processing company. To download your registration summary and payment confirmation, go to "My Meeting Materials" on your account page.

    Registered guests may attend the opening reception, president's reception, and poster session and reception. A guest registration may only be purchased by a General Session attendee. An option to purchase a guest registration is available on the meeting attendee's meeting registration form, or if registration has already been completed, the meeting attendee may purchase a guest registration onsite by visiting the Registration Desk outside of the General Session (Hynes Hall D).

    Guest registration is not open to industry representatives.

    Please note that there are 4 meeting hotels the Society has contracted a block of rooms at a reduced rate. For more information and a list of hotels, visit our Hotel Accommodations page.

    Hotel reservations are made through the housing link provided on your meeting registration summary. You must complete the registration process in order to receive a confirmation. To access your registration summary, go to "My Meeting Materials" on your account page.

    After completing your housing reservation through the link provided on your registration confirmation, you will receive a reservation acknowledgement from our housing bureau. Confirmations from the hotel will be emailed to you one week prior to your arrival.

    The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is March 29, 2023. Do not delay in reserving your room as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline.

    Refunds will be issued on reservations cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the Society's housing bureau. Contact information can be found on your reservation acknowledgement and/or meeting registration confirmation.

    As your room is reserved in the Society's housing block, the hotel will not be able to assist with any questions or concerns regarding your reservation prior to arrival. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If you have any questions or concerns prior to arriving onsite, you must contact our housing bureau. Contact information can be found on your reservation acknowledgement and/or meeting registration confirmation.

    If the hotel front desk staff is not able to assist you with your reservation questions or concerns, please visit the Society's housing desk, located in the Hynes Hall D pre-function area onsite at the Hynes Convention Center.

    To change your hotel reservation, click on the 'Modify' link located on your reservation acknowledgement to access the housing site. If you are in need of contacting the housing bureau directly, please refer to the contact information located on your registration confirmation, accessible on the My Meeting Materials webpage.

    The Society has negotiated special room rates for our meeting attendees. In exchange for these negotiated rates, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the Annual Meeting. Therefore, it is important that your room reservation is credited to the Society's room block. Please be sure to book your accommodations using the link provided on your meeting registration confirmation. Doing so will help to ensure that the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.

    The Hynes Convention Center and meeting hotels are just 4.6 miles from Logan International Airport. Please be aware that traffic can be extremely heavy at any time. You should plan on the taxi, ride share, or shuttle ride taking at least 20–30 minutes.

    Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi, ride share, and shuttle services available at Logan International Airport.


    Yes, attendees will have the opportunity to visit the industry's top vendors in the Exhibit Hall located in the Hynes Hall C and Auditorium. Exhibitors will showcase the latest technology and the newest procedures. You will be able to meet with company representatives and see this technology first-hand.

    Yes, access "My Meeting Materials", which will provide you with meeting materials for all portions of the meeting and pre-meeting courses you are registered for.

    The ASBrS does not provide childcare onsite.

    There are no organized activities for guests.

    Posters will be grouped by topic and the staff will try to accommodate your request, but ASBrS cannot guarantee this. Please email abstracts@breastsurgeons.org for more information.

    Yes, all poster presenters must register for the Annual Meeting.

    Yes, the abstracts will become available on the 'Annual Meeting' tab after the embargo lifts on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 9:00 AM Eastern.
